Three of the four bolt holes going from the exhaust manifold to the turbo have been stripped, and I am in need of some custom bolts and washers to run through those holes. What size are the stock manifold to turbo bolts and where should I go to find some longer ones with fitting nuts?

Have you considered a Heli-coil or a Time-Sert and reusing the original bolts? I'm not a fan of the nut and bolt idea, but if you are set on that, be sure to grind the underside of the holes in the turbine housing flat enough for the nut or bolt head. I would check with Fastenal to see if they have what you need.

For 1Gs, check: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-miscellaneous/437697-what-size-bolt-nut-stud-fastener-1g-version.html

For future reference, what I ended up doing was retapping the stripped holes. Three of the four have been torqued to factory specs, and the last one I did not want to strip the new threads, so it is tightened to *almost* factory specs. I used stock manifold to turbo bolts, and everything is tight after several heating and cooling cycles. If you do not completely drill out the holes, retapping is a viable option.
