You need to get the software back..Wow thats a kick im the cohone's

Next time you replace battery and don't want to loose all your saved data, Go to the parts store and buy a device that plugs into your cig lighter..It will keep your electrical system semi charged anough not to loose data/ radio stations ETC...I'm not sure what the name of it is off the top of my head, but I'm sure the guy behind counter will know what your looking for..This problem seems to happen to even the dsmlink guys, because only the new version saves your tunes, the older versions lost all data when battery was disconnected..

Search Palm, you will probly find the software you need..
 
i accually have one of those...my car just wasnt running for almost a year and i didnt keep it on the charger like i should have, and now i got a new battery and i went to use it today after charging all night and it just shut off and wont stay on....if i remove the battery then it turns on but as soon as i touch it , it shuts off and wont turn back on!!!! im sick of this POS....im just gonna save for link V3-lite.....it just sux cause i have no way of seeing what my engine is doing besides my wideband and SAFCII and my gauges.
