Overnight my car's battery had completely drained. The battery tested out as bad, so I got a new one. The next morning my new battery was completly dead. I charged it up and drove it to my parents. I got the voltmeter out and removed the 3 positive terminal connections. One was pulling juice. I hooked my voltmeter between it and the positive terminal. I think it was pulling 2.5 amps.
So I begun to remove things. All of my fuses in the car at the kick panel are pulled out. My radio and ECU are disconnected. I pulled the main harness on the alternator. I pulled all the fuses and relays in the fuse box where the alternator fuse is. I tried the AC fuse box too. Nothing effected the drainage acording to the voltmeter.
My father was helping too and was puzzeled as well.
I'm thinking about installed a switch on the positive terminal so I can kill it everytime I park the car, but that will be a pain.
The only electrical problem I can think of is my headlights/dash lights, etc. used to not come on when I turned my headlights on. But they always all came on when I tried a 2nd time.

If pulling fuses did nothing for amperage draw, you probably have a short. Im not I don't know on 2g's if the alternator is fused or not. You may start there and unhook the positive lead to the alternator and then unhook the regulator. hope this helps

This is gettin more and more common on 2g's for some reason. My buddy had this problem and it ended up being his door lock mechanisms.

BTW, I eventually traced this to a short in my alternator. I thought I had ruled it out, but I was wrong.
