New 3" Exhaust

Hey guys, apologize ahead of time if this is the wrong place to post this, but it's sort of an install/question.
About to break off my stock rusted up exhaust and planning to put in this beauty.
3" DP, 3" tubing, cat, 3" magnaflow with a 4" tip.

Question is, how important is the grounding strap, it doesn't look like i'll be able to connect it anywhere, unless i weld it on.

Also, any tips on how to install this puppy successfully would be great, i'm having difficulty taking off the stock DP, since its so damn old..

I looked him up and only saw a srt-4 exhaust, maybe he hasn't gotten a new one up. Oh and I am pretty sure you can post links because I see ebay links to where people got items all the time.

Belive it or not I got one from him too and drove to his shop where he manufactured it. He seemed very knowledgable...I mean this is what he does for a living. I dont have it on yet either b/c I cant get the damn o2 sensors off, but I'm going to try again this week end. He said they are selling quickly, but I'm shure if you e-mail him he'll get you one.

In the original post I added a sound clip of me cruising, didn't push it past 2500 , it's somewhat short, but it's audible.
I tried to record a clip holding the mic near the exhaust but it just sounded like air blowing into mic, i'll try to get another clip soon.
