I have put a new starter and alternator on my car in the last 3 months and a new ignition switch. Now the car is popping 80v alternator fuses everytime I replace them and put the battery cables on. The car was cooking batterys from overvoltage when I first got it due to a faulty alternator. I think this has something to do with the problem.

Sounds like u have a short somewhere. Check for any cuts in any cables to wgere it.coukd be shorting out.

I took the kickpanel off today and I wish you guys could see the extra wiring thats been added to this car its like a second wiring harness.I got a feeling this car use to be heavily modded.
