On my main engine fuse box There is a 100amp fuse on the very left that keeps blowing It instantly blows when i try to replace it i obviously must have a huge short where do i start looking?

Isolate what that circuit is and trace the wires looking for the short. Thats about the best you can do.

If you don't know what the fuse is for can we get a pic, 100amp is likely the alternator if your talking about the fuses on the battery terminal

The disconnected wires are for Oil pressure low light, Oil pressure gauge sending unit, and power steering switch. None of those would cause a short that bad, But should probably be plugged back in. The Fuse is for sure the alternator fuse ,that pretty much means you have a short in the alternator or the positive (charge) wires to it (the white pair in the alternator pic.

The fuse thats missing is the one that is blowing right?

It is your Alternator Fuse,,,
Remove your Fuse box and check under neath the box, there might be a short in the back of the fuse box.
If there is no short in the fuse box, then fallow the line and check for any short,,, Also, check at your alternator side, Unhook the white double wires at the alternator and clean it out, there might be something wrong in the line..
