Neutral bov sound when steping on the gas

I have a greddy type rs blow off valve and I have seen some people when they press on the gas it makes the pppsshhh sound on neutral how dose his happen and I want to be able to make this some on my car. I have a 14b turbo set to 15psi and I have search on much form and can’t find the answer on how to make this sound.

There wouldn't be any load on the motor so you wouldnt ever make boost.

If you set the spribg load rllly loose in the bov and vent it you can get that . But its pointless

The bov only makes a noise when you let off the gas. If it let off while the gas was applied the motor wouldn't get enough air and would make having a turbo pointless

You have to rev it crazy hard. To like 7k and have a loose bov spring. Or you can get 2 step, so you can have a load on the motor in neutral.

^^^^This. The BOV only makes noise WHEN YOU LET OFF THE GAS!!!!
If theirs is making noise at other time they are fubar or they are running a sound wave to make sound like it is making noise,,,,,

The Bov is to release the excess boost pressure in the charge pipe when you let off the gas (throttle body flapper closes). The vacuum from the engine pulls the plunger on he bov and releases pressure. If we had no Bov the excess pressure would go back into the turbo causing a surge and this will beat up a turbo quick. So to answer you question in order for you Bov to make sound you will need to build boost first someway.
