Like the title says, I'd like to have a high resolution photo of a Teal "ESI" badge. I just need a close-up shot so I can print off a copy and put it on my car.
Thanks,
-Jesse

Haha, no that's the point! I want the "Esi" badge to replace the "Tsi" badge. Please send one if you have one.
Thanks,
-Jesse

 i saw another thread were someone was asking about the bodystyles of esi's, LOL it was prob u but good luck with ur plan

Just take them off. I took off the TSi AWD Badge off my rear bumper. Or you can just remove the T and go to a junk or something to find the E.

Just a thought.

I guess I can understand de badging a car, but replacing it with a lower model?? I don't understand that concept, I want to be seen as driving in a nice car, or make people guess. :|

The difference between the Tsi and the Esi is very small. The only difference with the two models are, one is turbo and one is not, so unless people can see under your hood while driving, they are both nice cars regardless.

Besides, once anyone races a Tsi that says Esi, and loses, they will know.

He's sneaky, and wants to be uber stealth so he can show those other cars a thing or two.

Yeah

doesnt really make much sense. Most people dont know the talon models anyway.

It's surprising how true that statement is. My car is debadged. Several people have asked me what kind of car it is. Pretty sad considering it still says TALON between the tail lights

Defiant,
It's actually quite the opposite. I believe most car enthuisasts are aware of the awesome capabilities of DSM's. Debadging one is more obvious a sign that you are (or are pretending) to be a performance vehicle as leaving the badging alone. It has been my experience that when certain people see other cars that THEY think are fast, often they behave/drive poorly in a dangerous attempt to race on the streets. I don't like racing others that way. I'm ecstatic if others are proud of their cars, but I don't want others to drive dangerously on my account, especially around me. Besides, the reason for modifiying my DSM is to challenge myself, primarily. The purpose of the "Esi" badge is to avoid others acting foolishly around me. Frankly I don't care if other's think my car is the coolest. It's my apprecation for what I have built that makes it worth it.

Are you trying to poke fun and take a stab at me? Do you think I'm ridiculous based on a generalized presumption that I'm like the group of people who portray the aspects of trickery to impress others? I (believing you have read most of my other posts) thought you would have concluded that my focus isn't on impressing others, but enjoying and learning about my DSM while being reasonable and safe, and helping others.

Please don't lock this thread because I replied to your comment. If I have taken it the wrong way then I apologize. Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't take your comment any other way than sarcastic. Maybe more of the right eyes will see it in the N/T forum though.

You have been helpful by suggesting going to the junkyard. I was hoping to have the pic show up on my comp. but this is the next best thing. Thanks.

Sure, you bet. If you're trying to bullshit me, I'm not buying it.

If your story is true, you have vast amounts of human nature yet to grasp.

Sorry dude, I dont think its going to make that much difference. People that want to race you are going to. You are targeting the 3% of people who a.) want to race you, and b.) know the obscure and confusing dsm model tiers.

Also, if your just printing it out, it will not last long scotch tapped to the back of your car or whatever god-forsaken way you are planning to mount the unholy fake paper badge of death... Junk Yard for sure.
