need to know what's the best spark plugs

to run for my car. I have a 1g talon boosting 15psi.on a 16g turbo. Fuel lab fuel pressure reg.with aem fuel rail. 8mm accel plug wires. What kind of spark plugs should I be running? Along with what size gap? I keep filing out the plugs. Any suggestions would be helpful

Run NGK BPR6ES gapped to .028

sorry..but do you know what kind of head those plugs have? Ceramic? Metal? Etc?
