Need to Know if 2g rotors and brakes fit a 1g

I would like to know if 2g brakes and rotors can fit on a 1g.... if anyone knows please let me know because my friend just bought his 1g and his brakes are horrible. if they fit ill be able to give him my extras.......

Yep, it is a direct bolt on. I have 2g two piston brakes on my 1g.

I had a similar problem on my son's AWD 92 laser. The fronts will fit, may need some line modification depending on which ones you have. I am pretty sure the rears will not fit. The 1g has a different ebrake set up.

The fronts will work, the rears will not work without extensive modification.

If you're swapping fronts, he'll also need 2G front brake hoses.
