So il just say it now i have no logger.... I have a WB and a EGT gauge though..I have the boost around 16-17psi AFR are 10.5-10.8 and at the top of third my egt's are right around 1500F..
I tune with the safc2 so i cant control timing but i turned the CAS down some.. The car definitively has a bit less low end power but when i step into it the thing pulls way harder and more consistent then before..
I am going to try and get the boost around 22-24psi and keep AFR no more then 11.3 with egt's in the same range.. I think once i accomplish this il turn the boost down down 2 psi and call it good until i can go for my next upgrade(link)
So my questions are
1) Am i hurting anything by turning the cas a bit besides low end power?
2) With my afr in the ranges ive stated and my egt's no more then 1550F how safe of a tune am i working with RUFFLY..
I know without a logger there is no way to really tell but i have no job right now so i cant get a logger and really dont want to buy one anyway as im going with link in the spring.. I just want some other peoples advice instead of just flying it solo and going with my own ideas..
