Iv got an 92 tsi awd 950 fic injectors, fp green turbo, kelford 264/260 cams, 255 walbro and ecmlink running a gm maf. 93 octane.
On 20 psi according to ecmlink horsepower log i make 330 second gear pull. I do pull in third the power falls to 300 ish. I am not taking short cuts with tunning. If i turn the boost up and pull timming till there is no knock my power level is 280 ish. Its wearing me thin. I have no idea what im doing wrong i should be making 350 or better. Someone in the community please help before i unplug the knock sensor turn the boost up blow it sky high and burry in lake.

Update)))

Workin with mafcomp is now something im preety sure i understand.
I switched my forge bov to a 1g crushed valve and i have way steadier boost levels untill 6000 rpm and then it still falls and pops up.
Now when this happens i cant adjust the maf comp acordingly it will change from 2500hz to2700 2600 its bounces around like crazy!!!!! So my current goal is solve boost loss issue.

I have done a boost leak test and i dont have any issues.
I can make a pressure tester for the valve alone see if it is still opens a tad.
Maybe its compressor surge but i doubt it.
Also i fixed my voltage at idle. During a pull it falls to 12.1 volts at6000 rmp.
If ya ask me this dont seam right. Maybe im blowin out spark up top due to low voltage or its just not hot enough to ignite the mixter idk. But if that is the case and a misfire knock igniting problem could this mess up my boost level up top?
Just wondering.

I will post a log later this afternoon with the results of everything i have just mensioned.

I found your WB this time, looking pretty good in the pull. Not much wb factor there which is a good thing. Try to richen it up to around 11:1 and see what it feels like.

I know people hate these questions but what is wb factor exactly and how does it work?
With the sugestion of 11.1 are you saying from start boost to all the way to top rpm (7000rpm)? I just wanna be clear. :thumb:

Nvm about the wb factor question. Percentage difference between afest an wb. :ohdamn:

Update. I called forced performance and asked about my boost lost at high rpm.
Told them about my bov issues what i am doin to fix and they asked about a boost leak test i siad aside from the bov its great!!
She answerd me with full confidence that my wastegate spring was a low pressure spring. I asked if i could just use a spacer she .......uh its not the right way. I laughed. Im really feeling she is right i told her my boost target is 25psi she siad an 18 psi spring should be the fix. So im gonna order one after this post.
