Okay so I have been searching for a few hours now and have not found anyone with this issue, have seen a few that are similar. But have also gone through there checks as well. I have checked all blocks before posting and could really use some help.
Here is a step by step
Start the car place into reverse(no noise or grinding)
Rolling out of the garage, pushed the clutch in to let it roll out and just stop.
I place the car in first release the clutch and will roll forward and press it in and will continue to roll forward.
I put it back into reverse release the clutch and will roll back 10 feet and lock up and kill the engine.
Start the car put it in first and rolls forward.
Put it in reverse and let the clutch out to get moving, put it in nurtral with clutch in and locks up again.
Try it again this time with clutch out same thing.
So I pull the car into the garage and I put the car on jack stands.
Start the engine fine, car ir in nurtal and all wheels spin freely.
Place into first all wheels move.
Put it in it into reverse all wheels move again.
Stop the engine, reach under and try and move the drive shave by hand in nutral and spins.
Place in first and can't move the drive shaft
Put it into reverse and can't move the drive shaft.
Spin the wheels freely in all gears
I pull the Tcase and move the wheels in first and everything moves but the Tcase output spline. Try to move it by hand and will not budge.
I out my spline tool on and still won't budge.
I put the car in nutral and the output spline spins freely and moves front wheels. Place the car in all other gears and the output splin won't move but front wheels spin freely.
I hold the wheel and spin the other in nutral freely but won't in gear. Same goes for all wheels.
I have checked all of the things I could think of to include Tcase witch is good full of shock and spins by hand and the rear diff is not a LSD and will move both wheels(opposite directions). So that is functioning correctly.
Other things to consider are the shifter linkage, I move the arms by hand and had my wife put it into all gears to verify that is is all working correctly. The car goes into all gears while the engine is running with no noise. Clutch pedal is smooth and feels normal. All fluids are toped off and full. I am sure the reason I can't move the output shaft in gear is because it is pressed to the flywheel and the engine is not running so of corse I would have to have the engine running. I did that and it moves in all gears. Also the all breaks and all are working normally.
Dose anyone have any input?
