Need some good alignment specs

Just installed a new rack and I need an alignment. I also have some coilovers and have been lowered some but not alot. Tire size is 255/50/17 if it matters any. I want something that will handle very well and not be terrible on tires, I don't race the car but I like aggressive carving of turns. I'm sure some of you gurus out that have some specs that are better than stock that I can give my alignment guy.

Make sure to run a little negative camber. 1 to 2 degrees is the normal

-1.5 deg front, -.7 rear, zero toe front, 1/8" toe in rear.
