I was looking to do a full exhaust replacement on my 95 Talon N/T. Its basically budget *thanks college student life... sigh*


Anyways heres what im thinking.

Personally I would say no to that Cat-Back. Without a resinator you are asking for a raspy sound. I can't find the system I bought, but it was 3" mandrel stainless steel, with two resinators (1 lg,1 sml). It sounds wonderful, and not a single hint of rasp.

If you don't have emmissions you could ditch the catalytic converter and put a resinator there instead. In my experience the longer the resinator, the less rasp you get. Which will probably be something you will get because you are replacing the header.

Yes, get a resonator. If not, you sound like a bumble bee, unless that's what your after then knock yourself out.

I have a ''top speed" on mine, its not bad. Really mellow sound, even strong enough to rip a speed bump out of the ground and the can not fall off
