Need help with speedometer and odometer

Hey i need help! the speedometer and odometer dont work in a car i just got and all the other gadges work. I have no idea how to fix it. thanks get back to me NedEclipse5272

look for a hangling plug by the tranny mount. I had my tranny mount replaced, and the mechanic unplugged "something" to get to it better and forgot to plug it back in. Should be very easy to fix. -Matt

your speedometer cable could simply be broken. If the cable is still plaugged into the tranny then unscrew it and if it is broken....you'll know. Doesn't take long to replace though.
