I just installed my CFDF clutch and the I'm getting some vibrations when the clutch is engaging. I'm still in the process of breaking it in(i have 100 miles on it) and I was wandering if these vibrations are normal and will go away after the clutch has setteled in properly, or if the shop who resurfaced my flywheel botched the job and my flywheels is uneven.

Sounds like a flywheel problem to me. I have run centerforce dfc on 4 diff cars with no problem what so ever and no vibrations even under break in.

If its trembling while releasing the clutch pedal from the floor then its most likely the flywheel.

I forgot to ask, did you guys resurfaced your flywheels or used new ones? My flywheel looked very abrasive after it was resurfaced. The trembling has gone down a little bit so I'm wandering if this is due to the flywheel's surface getting smoother. I should also mention that there are no vibrations while driving which I have heard are common if the flywheel has not been resurfaced properly and is out of balance.

you got to resurface them, before I put my cfdf clutch in I got my flywheel resurfaced... If you dont have money to go back in there and get it done, just keep driving it until after its through with breakin period and maybe it will seat in there properly and you wont notice the vibrations anymore... maybe.... But dont get on it at all during break in or it will def be worse. Good luck.

I did have it resurfaced. I think this is the source of my troubles. I should have measured it all over with the micrometer to make sure they resurfaced it properly but I didn't.
