need help with cold startup issue

hello i have 92 talon tsi i have vacumn mod done with catch can aftermarket intercooer maf conversion my car when it is cold runs like crap when turbo goes to kick in it starts spitting and sputtering but after it reaches normal op temp it runs perfect anyone have any ideas

Not quite sure what you mean by vacuum mod but i'd stay out of boost until your car reaches operating temp. It could just be a seal that isn't completely sealing until it warms up and expands. Oil clearances in bearings are designed for operating temperature so when its cold things are tight and thats when you do the most wear.
Update your profile, and invest in a datalogger and boost leak tester. This will get you on the road quicker and help with diagnosing problems. And help us help you solve them.
