Need Help With Coilovers!!!!

I'm planning to drop my car. Do tou guys know anything about those coilovers from ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&tc=photo&item=7946758569&category=33582 are they even worth buying or should I just safe a little more money and buy some good bran like skunk2?? What problems should I expect if I put them on???

Problem youll run into is that the stock dampners arent stiff enough for the shorter springs, you will get a shorter ride, but ride quality will be all boingy boingy
bumps feel a lot harder and whatnot.

I got some tokicos on all four corners for something like $300 bucks, its more than 60 but they seem to ride fine, like anything else, get what you pay for...
