I replaced my OEMs with the black housing (clear lenses) with halos off eBay. Don't know if they're still out there anymore since it's been years. But The black housing blended perfect with black car. I had the halos wired up, but one ended up getting a flicker to it within a year so unhooked it. Looked great being all black.

Always thought it looked pretty sexy.

This is more of a preference thing, but stock headlights to me look the best and function the best too. Can't forget function.

EDIT:
+1 for stock although I will admit that I do like the ones my lady got.

Actually, for chicken wire, a replacement bumper w/ funky emblem, those chrome headlights, and the painted-over "mustache" and fog light bezels.. it doesn't look bad at all.
I'd never considered the chrome lights to be attractive previously.

EDIT II: I think it's the color of the car that's making it "pop".

It's gutter guard :p and I've been putting it on every NT/SMIC dsm since my first. I keeps leaves from blowing in and I don't like the look of the OEM ducting.

Black bits on a gray car would stand out too much and look tacky. :nono:

I got the dual halos with the triple LED lights next to the high beams. I wired the halos up to my foglight switch because the FMIC wont allow fogs. I like being able to control when the halo/LED comes on. I only get attention when i want it. I must admit the light output isnt that great even with a HID kit installed and properly aimed.....
