Need help with 95 talon w/ 6bolt swap

Ok so i just got a 95 eagle talon, (please see post below) And upon inspection (got it off of Ebay) I see that it has a 6 blot swap and a few upgraded items, i bought knowing it did n't run from a guy who knew nothing abou tthe car.

Well I am very new to DSM's but not imports, so I got on here after posting the earlier thread, and learned about the 2 sites that help with the 6 bolt swaps, so i see the PO bought the swap harness and had it mostly wired up,

I hooked up the white wire, up to the thin blue with a red trace, __no spark___ i then noticed that the wires going to the Knock sensor, are unhooked and I dont see a coresponding connector for them,

Any help would be awesome especially if you are close to Robesonia, PA. also the ign mod. and coil brackets are not bolted down could the be the reason for the no spark issue i am having

That is the link to a thread which has all the electrical connections in the 2g bay. If you are missing that knock sensor plug m/f or both this will help you identify what you are looking for. I don't know where in PA you are, but I'm in Wilkes Barre. A buddy of mine Rob, 1993EclipseGS is in Hazelton and he has tons of parts for your dsm needs.

Are you getting spark on any cylinder, or no cylinders?

fuel?

timing is correct at the belt?


If you aren't getting spark it could be the transistor pack, coil, ecu, or cas.
I am in a similar boat I had none replaced the ecu and now am only getting spark on 2 cylinders. I'm also trying to get a 6 bolt in a 2g running.

I am not getting spark, fuel yes, I have 2 transistor to swap back and forth,

Hazelton is about an hour and a half away, thanks for the link. I will check into those things, and keep you posted
