as long as everything works right id get a safc, boost controller, exhaust and a fuel pump, follow the upgrade path on here and you should make high 200's when its all said and done.

if your not familiar with an safc i wouldnt bother with it yet, if you follow the free mods and basic mods upgrade paths you'll have a quick car for cheap.

as for exhausts the only ones ive has experience with is the hks I have on my car and a custom one made by a local exhaust shop for my friends car. My hks would give you the sound you want but its expensive, the one made by an exhaust shop was basically a straight pipe so it was really loud.

thanks alot bro!!! i read both of the lists but i dont think i read anything about a BOV? do you have one? or is that not need or is just for show?

you have a stock blow off valve already, its located on your upper intercooler pipe. you want to make sure your bov is recirculated! i had a exhaust shop build my 3" exhaust for me for 150 and you can pick up exhaust tip off of ebay or some where else pretty cheap to get the sound you want.

if it were me i would get a evo3 16g,-200 dollars
full 2.5 or 3 in exhaust, im currently running megan racing turbo back exhuast not sure on cost. no more than three hundred.
than from their i would get a hallamn pro boost controller and turn up the boost. 80 dollars
for now i would just stick with the side mount and go will all hard piping-100 bucks, unless you went to a fmic you can get some decent ones for 150
than from their i would get your self some evo 560cc injectors-100 bucks, get your self a fpr-price ranges from brand to brand, and a walbro 255 fp. than from their start building your head and drive train.

I'm guessing the turbo is stock.I cannot really make out the numbers..But I think that says 41..Which means stock 14b..

Follow the upgrade path it wil steer you the right way..I would get dsmlink, exhaust and a MBC..If you plan on upgrading in the future..You can start using link to tune, then down the road get a larger turbo and more upgrades..

There are many videos of differnt types of exhaust sounds on Youtube. Some of it is junk or may sound distorted, but hey its a start. Maybe you will find something you like. Or even dislike.

16 g , full 3" exhaust , wide band , bigger injectors , something to tune run bigger injectors, afpr , fuel pump and rewired , intake , and a front mount if your planning on running anymore than 16psi due to side mount being heat soaked . Good luck and happy boosting. :)

Everything said in the upgrades. And the internals should be fine. Im sure the guy who did your rebuild put better looking OEM replacement internals in. Besides how much hp do you really want to make? And boring should have gave some more ponies. How much did you bore it?

well he said that he went as big as he could. another question guys i dont know if i wanna go to all the trouble of putting in a fmic, any one know when i could get a proformance smic with pipes?

I would assume .040 over then. That is the biggest you can go and be relatively safe/be able to find parts for it. I would ask, that will make us helping you and figuring out what modifications will benefit you the most.

i need a better smic any ideas? i went to dejon's website and they dont have it

Everything said in this thread already is really all that needs to be said...
But to make my posting hear worth it i will tell you the magnaflow i have on my car sounds amazing..
I had a shop make my piping 3" turbo back with no resonators and no cat and have this muffler MagnaFlow Exhaust Products - For Trucks, Suv's, American Muscle, Diesel, & Sport Compact Vehicles

It sounds really good its super deep and its pretty loud.. Not to bad outside of boost(as in i dont get pulled over by ever cop that i go by just because i have a loud ass exhaust) but once you get into boost it really lets you know its there and still has a nice smooth but deep invading rumble haha..
