Need Help Tuning!!!

alright so im at idle in my car, trying to set the Low throttle settings. i let the car idle and it reeds 0% on my datalogger, so i rev it up to 1500 then it goes to -4% i make some changes on my safc II under the low throttle settings, but i dont see any changes on the pocketlogger. so i rev it up to 2rpms, and then 3rpms, i held them at 2, 3 for awhile and now my logger reads -8%, how long does it take for the settings i do on the safc to kick in so i can read them on my logger? do you guys get what im saying..

im so lost, maybe im thinking about this to hard but i dunno.
ok so for the low throttle portion of the tuning, thats what im trying to get down right now, im not logging anything yet just viewing whats going on and trying to get my fuel trims as close to 0% as i can.. ok that being said i know i make the changes on my safc II but do i make them under the TH-point section or LO-thrtl?

Low throttle changes made of the S-AFC will affect your Short Term Fuel Trim Immediatly.
