I just put a new felpro mls headgasket in a 98 talon esi and went to start it up and theres nuthin but the starter spinning. The cams are moving cause i made a mark on the belt and bumped the ignition and the marks were gone but i have no idea what it is. Any and all suggestions are helpful right now. can it be my timing got changed?

I am sure that you would have checked the timing marks at least 10 times before you tried to crank it, but check that your cam gears are lining up again first. Double check all of the electrical connectors that you disconnected, plug wires, etc. Fuel supply line must be hooked up or you would be spraying.

The CAS not connected could cause issues too.

This is a part of the DMS initiation. Welcome.
