need help on iac adapter

My friend found a adapter for a stock dsm iac for running a aftermarket tb. What I want know is where I can find them? Looks to be a stock part off a car and no part number or anything on it. That's why I am posting it to see if any one knows anything about it.

Look at that logo, that's from a Nissan. Looks like you just hook up one nipple to a charge pipe and one nipple to the intake manifold.
