Need help installing A/f and temp sensor

I just bought a triple gauge pod. Came with boost,a/f, and temp sensor. I Figured out how to do the boost. Looking for someone to walk me through a few things on a/f and temp. What should i put my temp on? Looking for some ideas on what you think is the most important. If any could take some pictures for me that would be extremly helpful. Thank you

what 'temp' are we talking about ?

IAT's, EGT's, coolant, engine oil, transmission oil? Theres a few different temps

Ok doesn't help me on oil temp gauge.

Im sorry, you didnt mention what kind of temp gauge it was! Is it mechanical or electrical?

Thats just oil pressure and boost? I need oil temp, coolant temp, or water temp. Anything that also has pictures is a plus! Thank you
