Need Help Hyundai forums are no help!!!!!

Ok I have a 2000 hyundai Elantra. I have signed up for hyundai forum but I can't post until admin guy says so. I traded this car 3 weeks ago. It had a miss and a cut wiring harness to the coil. I have went thru all normal stuff to fix mis-fire. I got it from running on 1 cyclinder to all 4 with occusionally mis-fire on #2.
It normally mis-fires 30 mph up never on idle. If I throw it in neutral and coast holding it at the same rpms it was in gear there's no mis-fire. Well I went back old school it gets air, it has spark. So maybe With the car sitting for a year I knew it had bad fuel. I changed the inline fuel filter. The fuel that same out was orange. So I bought some Seafoam while I was trying to get the brake booster vacuum line to suck up the fluid, I felt like I had electricity running thru my forearms. Would this be the cause of my mis-fire. I good with cars except electrical, I'm retared when it comes to that. The fuel is proably a big issue but If I understand correctly if the car isnt grounded correctly it can cause some sort of problem. I haven't seen any ground dis-connected but I may have missed them. Battery calbes are stock. Or maybe the car I got the Coil plugs had different wire colors connection?

You need to drain that fuel..... That would be a great start. Then plugs/seafoam.

Are you sure your arm wasn't touching the positive battery terminal? I've done that before, arms do go numb and tingle...

I'm sure I was totally clear of the positive and negitive calbes. The first time I felt it was on the shock tower by some sensor the code commes back as a accleration sensor. Then I routed my arms under the intake tube and rested them on the wiring harness right next too the place I connected the the coil pack wires that were cut when I got it.
