Need Help Getting 1G started...ECU?

1992 Eagle Talon TSI AWD
So I replaced my ECU with an Ebay ECU (used).
So I do not know if it even works! Is there any way that I can test it?

Im getting no spark.
Engine cranks, cams turn.

I am thinking about doing the manual diagnostic test with a volt meter.
Will this tell me what is going wrong?

Does anyone have any other suggestions, what all should I check?

Turbo cars (awd & fwd) from years 1991-1994 all use the same ECU, not sure about automatics though...you should really try to make sure you know what ecu you need to buy before you actually buy one.

I want to know if there is a way to troubleshoot my car before I make a $300 investment

Plug in a logger (if you have one) and see if the ECU is responding to inputs properly. Make sure you are getting spark/fuel and that you don't have any vaccuum leaks.

Talk to steve the wiseman, he knows all about dsm ecu. He repaired mines for me!!

check the 3 fuses on the positive battery terminal if the one 20a is bad thats why it wont start had the same problem with my laser replace if bad and your car should start

Checked the 20A fuse its fine.
I am not getting any spark.

Is there a simple way to check my CAS?
