Need help from any tuning guys

Dont want to post in the tuning/management section because of its guidelines...

The previous owner of my car attempted to get this setup into the 300+ Range, which is where I would like it to be...

So heres the setup:

Wiseco 9:1 pistons
Carillo Rods
RC550cc Injectors
Aeromotive AFPR
Walbro 255
Evo3 16G
Vibrant FMIC

And heres the issues:

Upon getting some tuning in on the dyno, these are the issues he encountered:

They had started to tune but for w/e reason were getting 5-9 points of knock on 18psi at 5.2K RPM (Knock sensor was in wrong location for w/e reason)

they logged a run on link and it only read 40% throttle when mashing it...
mechanical and ignition timing set PERFECT
DSM link set -4 degrees across the board 3000rpm and onward

I have yet to Install the DSMlink software on my pc and see whats going on myself... as I've only had the car a couple days... and I dont have any tuning experience myself... but I do have a friend who is a very reputable tuner in the area.

Any ideas of what to check? The car is only on 12psi @ the moment and its annoying to know so much more potential is there.

U have issues other than tuning. U need to find out why the tps is only hitting 40%. The knock can come from that since the ecu don't think it's at wot.

the knock issue only came to be @ 18psi, Its currently running 12 to prevent any possibility of it. I think the 550s should be good enough for the power level I want to achieve...

550's will be good till about 22-23psi on a Big 16g... but if your only reaching 40% throttle you have much bigger problems other than tuning as stated above.. also what are your fuel sliders set at???

fuel sliders are at zero across the board w/ global @ -18

I attatched a quick log, found a bad connection @ the tps and now have full tps signal.. knock issue still present any suggestions?
