I'm no were near a computer and typing this on my phone. I have a ETD j pipe (ebay) but I need to know what kind of fitting I need to get for a boost source. Do I just go to menards and get them?

Thanks for the help

what i did for my j pipe was i got rid of the boost fitting and hooked my vacum up to my bov and t fitting it from there! if thats what you mean

you just went from the doing it the right way to the wrong way. shouldve kept that boost source that was on the jpipe and use that. not tapping the bov :ohdamn:

Ok, Well were Do I find that at?

Ace hardware for all of it. 1/8" NPT threaded fitting and the barbed side should be whatever size you are using for vac line, but most likely 1/8" as well.

Drill the pipe, tap the hole, jb weld the fitting threads and screw it in.

The proper drill size is "Q", but I used 21/64." 11/32" would work too, but it would be a tad loose, but nothing to worry about IMO.
