Need Help Car Just Lost Power

I have no idea why but my car just shut off while I was driving down the road. I have plenty of fuel preasure my gauge reads 40psi, I have plenty of spark. Everything was running fine started up just fine. Please give me some ideas of things to check I have to get it running. Thanks
