So I just got my eclipse running after it sat for 10 years I changed fuel pump cleaned tank and changed oil and oil filter. I started it up today and my grandfather said it was misfireing bad so I checked the plugs and they were pretty burnt. So I got new ones but same results. When it idles whole car kinda shakes but I know its not a motor mount. N I took it for a test drive I literally could not get it to past 3k rpm and it would barly make it up a hill.. anyone no what could be going on?

You said you changed the fuel pump, cleaned the tank, changed oil and oil filter; Did you change the fuel filter while you were at it? Also, did you replace the plug wires when you got the new plugs?

Dammit I knew I forgot to change the fuel filter. But I don't think that would cause the problems I'm having and no I didn't they looked pretty new. The car didn't like have problems starting its just ran badly

NGK bpr7es, the gap will depend on how much boost you run/ what your tune is like. Word of advice, don't gap the plugs with the stupid generic "Mechanix" brand gapper tool, use actuall feeler gauges. If your runnin mad boost like 35psi+ you will need a very small gap, like eighteen, average boost like 15-18 pounds gap 'em at twentyeight. Oh, and regular off the shelf blue NGK spark plug wires that the parts store has in stock for you right now is the absolute best plug wire bar none. Don't let the gimmics fool you, "nology with built in ground wires" and all that junk are just that, junk.
