need guidance on getting a turbo kit?

hey wuts up eveyone im new to here and have many questions? First, i have a 96 rs eclipse and recently bought a used 420a w/45k miles for $800(my original engine had 200k miles)

QUESTIONS: (now im tryin to do this the cheapest and smartest way!)

1. Star turbo kit (cheaper) OR Hahn turbo kit (expensive), and why ?
2. Is it ok if i wanted to start off with the stage 2?
3. I know they both say that they are bolt on, but are there any other mods that i might have to make to my motor?
4. Im confused i read that the Star stage 2 makes 280hp at about 9-10psi like the Hahn but then at diamondstarspecials.com i read it only puts out 235hp w/ 10psi, which is it?
5. And any other useful info that could be given to me to help make the right decision!!!!!

Ill just put it simple for you.....go Hahn.

Heres the answers to your question

1. Go Hahn. race proven, daily driven. They put more craftsman ship and work into their parts unlike the star kits, and they are tested on the track to show the quality.

2. how many miles are on your car? If you are starting with the Stage 2, a cat back is a serious reccomendation, And if your miles are high (110,000+) you mihgt want to replace some of the internals (connecting rods, pistons) to handle the power

3. both ARE direct bolt ons

4. It is claimed to produce 275 hp , however, dynoed it may only produce around 240 hp, the hahn kit is dynoed at 275, when i got the stage 2 awhile back i dynoed it at their shop in oswego about my 5 mins from my house and it put out 292 with the cat back.

Go with the hahn kit, you will be very pleased with quality and performance. I have the stage 4 my self, well worth the money and the wait. Also gets you some bragging rights with you local camaro&firebird club...
