I have a 93 eclipse 2.0 Non-turbo i finally got it to run somewhat good but the only problem i'm having is that it has high idle(1400-1600rpm) and it doesn't matter if the car is cold or warmed up. No check engine light on but i have noticed that every time i turn on the a/c rpms go down to like 1000-1200rpm but will make the engine start sputtering. what can cause this problem. i've tried playing with the biss screw but won't help.

Non-turbo, Silver, non-turbo. You should still check your vac lines, but also check your throttle cable and make sure it's not too tight or impeded/crimped by anything.

Check to see if your air meter is getting/sending proper voltage.

I did a vacuum test and i have no vacuum leak. I just replaced my air flow meter but i'll check to see if it's getting proper voltage. thanks let me know if anything else

You could also check your ECT, your car might think it is cold all the time and keep the idle high to send more fuel.
