Need help Idle is CRAZY HIGH

Today I installed my 1g TB and now it idles at 1500rpm with the BISS screw all the way down.....No matter where the screw is it wont go lower than 1500. The TPS says im a 0 when my TB is closed all the way, according to my SAFC. I have know leaks that I know about, I boost leak tested after install. I changed the settings of the BISS screw how it said to on the FAQ. I dont know what could make it do this. Any ideas?

Have you let it run long enough to see if it idle's down after the car reaches operating temp? If it isn't that then it will most likely be your ISC motor.

It stays at 1500 at normal temp and everything. What is ISC motor?

Its right below your TB.

It's the tan one. The black one would be your TPS.

Did you remove the throttle spring coil when you were messing with the TB? Did you wind it back up all the way and properly?

Well it is said that you need to adjust your TPS when you do the 1G Swap. I believe I got this info from Buschur racing. You need to use a voltmete. As idle, i believe your TPS should read 4.9 volts and at WOT your at 5 volts. Kinda funny how the voltage is close together though.... Let me see if I can find that link..

This is only one knock on the door... can be anything especially the ISC someone mentioned

Any vacuum/boost leaks at the throttle body?

Also, make sure your throttle cable isn't too tight. If that doesn't do anything, I'd try swapping in a new ISC. Most people sell them for around $40ish in the classifieds for good tested ISCs.

I did a boost leak test and there was one at my intercooler coupler, it rubbed and cut a hole but thats fixed now, I didnt hear anything else. I checked the TB for leaks, didnt find any. I adjusted my TPS according to my SAFC where it says throttal postion percentage, would that not work?

Could I just my ISC from my 2g TB? It worked when I had the whole TB on before.

I didnt touch the spring coil thingy altho when I make it WOT by hand and let go it sure does close slow like its grimmy, what would I do about that?

I put the ISC from my old TB on it, cause I didnt have this problem till I switched TB and it still idles high at normal temp.

I found a small leak at the TB but I fixed that, it went down to a 1000 for like 10 min but now since ive drove it it goes up to 2500 for a while. I cant find anymore leaks, I tested my ICS and it is working, I tested the thingys with ohms. I adjusted the TBS according to the mV, like the how to says to. I dont know what else it would be.

Did you check and see where your throttle plate is when it is sitting at idle? Maybe the wire is a little too tight and keeping it open...My car right now for some reason is doing weird stuff too...revvs high and I have to tap the gas a couple times to get it down.

It seems right, its a 1g TB bored 66mm I believe, the guy said it was 63 but when I checked it was more, could that be the problem? To big of a bore? I cant get the idle below 1500 and when I start it it stays at 2000 for a little bit. Its buggin the hell out of me!
