so I have a 93 laser, turbo swapped, well i could never quite get it running right, so i parked it, and started a part out, i sold some after market IC piping, ECU, intercooler, TB, but i guess a fresh trans and motor didnt catch anyones eye haha. anyway im picking up a 96 grand prix saturday and still have this half ripped up laser with the kind of hacked up wiring from the swap that are missing parts... what should i do? I was thinking about finding a shell to swap the motor in and scrap the rest?

y would u want to scrap the shell u have????? then buy another shell to put in a motor that dont run right into ?????

replace the parts u sold wen u parted it out. Junkyard a turbo ecu AND wire harness and find out y your engine wont run right then boom your good as new.

if u pull your engine and scrap your shell, your gonna need another shell anyways.....
so just fix what you have.. it would be way way easier

but hey its your car do what you want.....it just dont make sense to me to scrap the shell you already have.

well its not too picked apart its just that it was a swap and the harnsess is a little hacked cus of it and its auto and i just dont know what it was making it not run right..

Why would you want to learn to type?
Scrap the shell, get an AWD shell, profit.

anybody know of any decent shells, fwd or awd around michigan? LOL i can't find any

Just browse the DSM classifieds here, craigslist, ebay for shells. They pop up all the time. I would also start fresh with a new shell awd and go from there.
