Need a new battery for my 97 gsx

So i need a new battery and i wanted to know which is better im goin with super start they have premium and extreme....i have alot of electronics like gauges,turbo timer,boost controller,etc no sound system though.

The extreme has an extra year warranty and replacement over the premium. They both have 720CCA/860CA and RESERVE MIN. = 100. Im sure there must be a reason the premium is their best selling battery. Don't kno if thats due to a price differance. I would got with the extreme. Unless you need the dual terminal of the premium.

i have a yellow to optima and love it. i have a sound system and guages and have had no problems Since you do not have a sound system you can get away with a red top.

Yeah unless you have a lot of electrical add ons in your car, go with the RED TOP optima battery they're more for people just concerned with performance

51 series honda battery FTW. They are slimmer and provide more CCA than the stocker. They help free up quite a bit of space if your running the stock battery with out relocate. I used this when fabbing up my IC piping it helps when cleaning up the bay as well. Smaller is better

My 2 year old optima red top took a shit (after an alternator problem over charging) and I got it replaced a month ago at my local Auto Zone, no questions asked...brand new battery. You can't beat that!

If you have a Sams club in your area, look there. Optima batteries are around 140 for a red top at Sams

It should fit, I run a 34/78 redtop even though Optima does not show it as a fit in my Eagle, but it fits perfectly and I've noticed a slight difference in my sound, especially with the sub.
