The MPI differences got overlooked in the Manual CD but considering that you have the relay and wires I'd start by looking at the 1G MPI wiring and drop the second input from the starter circuit for the fuel pump.
You can deduce if that's correct with the ohm meter and a couple of quick tests with a battery so see if the relays activate once you've identified the coils.

I have the mitchells cd.

I found it under the engine performance diagrams in electrical, though. your tip that its in the books solidified my suspicions that it should be on the cd.

Hey, can someone post those diagrams so we can actually read them? I need them as well. I tried to just figure it out by randomly touching the pins w/ 12 volts.... haha, that hurt!
