My question is will a 92 eclipse NA 4g63 stage 3 clutch fit and work properly in a 93 turbo transmission ?

He said nothing about changing flywheels. The flywheels are in fact different but the clutches are interchangeable. You can use your "Stage x" clutch from your n/t in your turbo.
Would the starter plates be the same or does that matter?
They're not, but hey, its not like I don't have more rep points than you, or have had a n/t 5speed, so I'm probably full of shit. I'll forget more about these cars than you'll ever know.
