I rebuilt my car and 10 miles in a cam gear bolt backed out on exhaust side gear slipped and ruined the exhaust cam pin. So a tuners member had a nt cam saying it would work I've check for boost leaks but I feel my spool is slow and the motor is underpowered. I need to rev to 2k to pull out in 1st could the cam affect this much I still have oem intake cam. Before my cam gear fell of I feel like my car had a lot more power. It just feels really sluggish and laggy.

Did you do a leak down test or know for sure you didn't mess up the valves? Are you sure your timing is spot on? Did you check for boost leaks? Running a n/a cam I would imagine the duration to be a little larger and making Spool a tad quicker or the same as your stock turbo cam.

Sorry forgot to mention yes I bent every valve and replaced them all I'm just questioninv the cam. I guess valve leaks are still a possibility but they are all new and lapped.

Lift on na is larger and durration is same but the lobe is 8* later on the cam.

As said do a leak down test. Could be you have bad valve seats. Did you lap the valves yourself? I tried lapping my valves and could not get them to seal. My seats were not cut right. Had a shop cut new seats and solved my leaky valve issue.
