N00b stupid questions....

I've heard that 2g manifolds work on a 93 tsi? is this accurate
also
I installed a cyclone INtake and JDM ecu, and now the idle is all off...after investigating I found the BISS was missing completely, I'm guess that #5 o ring was faulty...anyways...dealership says the 2.0 turbo doesn't have that...am I crazy? or does he just not know what he's taling about, and also could this be the N/a motor tb?

The 2g manifold is less prone to cracking and is slightly larger. It will bolt in directly to your 1g.

Switch back to your regular intake manifold and ecu immediately. Just throw back on the stock intake and throttle body, order the BISS rebuild from Machv.com and call it a day.

ok, I swapped back to the stock intake...the cyclone has a large crack in the bottom...(go figure) so its scrap now...the stock intake works fine, now the problem is the BOV I have a turbo XS type S...can I use any kind of washers to adjust it, or do I need special ones...sorry for being stupid WTF

Um, it should have come with 6 washers to adjust it.

thats what I thought...but I bought the car w/ LOTS of problems, and fixed most all but the guy never said anything abut that...I'm a tech...but Turbo's are a new process for me

You can I'm sure but I don't know the size, I think there was a thread on it but I can't find it.
