N00b questions

Ok, so i did a search and couldn't come up w/ an answer.
I'm building my head and went w/ crower springs/retainers. How do these compare to the FP springs/retainers?

also will the crower springs/retainers work well w/ the FP cams?
and are the FP cams better than the HKS. On my search some people say yes and some say no

I'm getting 272 hks but I've read FP cams are just as good...everyone has their own opinions.

i already have the crower springs. i bought them before i really heard of FP. So now i'm wondering if i made a mistake or not.
