n/t 1g to turbo

ok please don't think i'm stupid or anything (it's a project)
i have a 1g nonturbo i bought a turbo head and put low compression pistons in my motor can i drive the car if i put the non turbo exhaust manifold back on and drive it till i can get all the turbo parts; and if so what will the car run like?

Yes you can. It will just be very, very slow.

ok thanx, but will it be slow like no accelleration or slow like no power at all
