My Wire Tuck and Engine Bay Clean Up Part 3 (The Chassis Harness)

I started on the fuse box harness today. I was going about my business stripping and crimping barrel connectors on when I hit a snag.

I need one size bigger on the barrel connectors for the remaining wire so I'm stopping here plus I need to order wire.

Here's what the Fuse box looks like in it's new home; I need to make the mount up still so it will sit straight.

Here it is on the bench.

Looks good i put mine in under the dash when i was experimenting next time its going probably in the cup holder area, looks good.

It looks like you only have 2-3 strands sticking out. There really was no way or room to stuff them in? It looks like it should fit, but maybe the picture is deceiving.

I still want to keep stuff like my glove box and center console useable, that's why I chose the air bag spot.

It's the picture, I can't slide it down any further without pushing out even more strands and that's something I want to avoid. I'll just order up some new barrel connectors in the am.

I love these blogs. Any issues running on the East Coast with out that air bag, or are you just going to bolt the cover back on afterwards?
