My tire will not go on

I managed to pull my tire off and when I try to put it on the rim gets stuck on the rotor and the holes won't Aline with the post

By tire I assume you mean wheel. How rusty are your rotors, studs and stock wheels (rs-steel, gs-alloy)?Hit them with a wire brush and wiggle the wheel until it gets on there. Those retardedly heavy wheels have to be angled just right to slide on.
Note: it is physically impossible for your wheel to get stuck on the rotor/ drum putting it back on, since the rotor is behind the wheel.

Look at the hub section of the wheel (not tire) and look for debris. Hub may also be rusty/crusty and needs to be cleaned up with a wire brush
