By tire I assume you mean wheel. How rusty are your rotors, studs and stock wheels (rs-steel, gs-alloy)?Hit them with a wire brush and wiggle the wheel until it gets on there. Those retardedly heavy wheels have to be angled just right to slide on.
Note: it is physically impossible for your wheel to get stuck on the rotor/ drum putting it back on, since the rotor is behind the wheel.
