My talon needs a change, anyone ever seen this?

I think a person ends up spending double if not triple the money spent on a body kit, after dents are made, cracks, paint, etc. I think they are pretty cool but a waste of money if you have a daily driver. Better if it was a show car.

I also live in New Brunswick going to rutgers university, and if there is anything that living in the city taught me about cars, its that every poor man modifies there car first with aesthetics. There are litterly a thousand eclipse 2g gs here, and everyone is a bright color with a different body kit then the next. In fact I was driving home just 10 min ago, and there is a stupid integra sitting outside my house, with a busted body kit barely hanging on with duct tape and glue. I am proud to say that i have one of the two 1g eagle talon AWD in New Brunswick .

Personally I like the low profile, sleek look. That is why I chose a 1991 talon over a 2g. The subtle wing/spoiler on the back, and the very straight angles on the car give it a dart like appearance, IMO. Hell, there are people who hate the 1ga and 1gb.

All in all, the body kit is cool and must have take some effort and spending, but you may spend more money if you keep it and drive it around alot, or as a daily driver.

I LOVE YOU RIMS THOUGH

I like the 1g look alot too, but nothing beats a 2g, so smooth and sexy. haha :D

but yeah for the OP i say talon front bumper and eclipse rear, and eclipse side skirts if you feel like getting those ones off, personally i dont think they look too bad, just the roof scoop and bumpers are way overkill. haha.
just my opinion though:)

I'd say go with the all stock look. The Talon front bumper with Eclipse side skirts and rear would look nice and clean. Not to mention getting rid of that roof scoop to clean it up some more. Nothing beats a good looking stock body for our cars, 1G and 2G both. :talon:

Thanks man That is actaully the only thing i've done appearance wise on my car, I love them. I agree with you Body kits are extremely costly to upkeep around here too, the roads here in indiana aren't the kindest. The guy that had it before me did use it as a show car. But I think i've def decided with the talon 2gb front and eclipse 2gb sides and rear with the deep red paint. It'll look good with the rims. And yeah that roof scoop is def going bye bye, besides i plan on doing a targa top wayyyy down the road.

Wow Erebuni front, Blitz side skirts, and Bomex rear bumper paired with "vented" fenders and a roof scoop.

Some Body Kits Look Ok.... You Shouls Try The Drifter Body Kit, Or The R34 Style Body Kit....

2gb talon front, 2ga talon side skirts. rear bumper is up to you since you already have eclipse tails, 2gb eclipse turbo spoiler. thats what you need
