My setup

I am installing a new motor in my 95 gst, My setup consists of a 6 bolt block and 2g head port and polished w/ hks grind 272/272 cams. I will be running a evo3 16g turbo, afc upgraded fuel system, front mount intercooler. Do i need to still use the cas sensor?

You will need to use a 1g CAS

Since your using a 6 Bolt block, your not going to be using a crank sensor anymore...

In which a 1g CAS will cover that signal for you

That's right. You can either wire it up yourself, or buy the wiring from RRE. I would just wire it up myself, since it's easy to splice a few wires.

You could also do a 1g to 2g cas if you chose.

I have that link thanks but I dont get what them mean by removing the 2g cas sensor and using a 1g sensor? I thought the 2g didnt have one that was the whole point?
