my review on my new act 2600

Yes the 2600 does increase the chances of crankwalk, especially on GST's ive heard. The 2100 is recommended for GST opposed to the 2600 which is more for the GSX model. It doesnt raise the chances a while lot but ive heard from several DSM'ers as well as mechanics that it does and can increase CW. thats why im scared to get it, hell im scared of it on my stock clutch, my TB is super pissed at me right now, it like grinds when i push in the clutch...its definately not good...
 
ok on my stock clutch, it went from disengaged to fully engaged over the length of maybe 1 inch, now on the 2600 its much quicker, it goes from nothing to engaged in like a third of what it used to, so theres such a fine line between slipping and engaged its very hard to drive with it

is it the way its supposed to be? ive only driven to my house, and am putting in the waterpump, so i havent driven on it very much to get a feel for it, im sure i could get used to it but i dont like it
 
when you drive it more and put some miles on it, it will open up. My 2600 was the same way it was almost instently grab but now about 4k miles later it give you more room before it grabs. That is why i belive they say don't launch the car becouse it grabs to fast you will break somthing that is how i broke my first rear axel in my car. I had about 330 miles and i tryed to launch the car and it grabed so fast it was like i did a clutch dump and snaped my axel.
 
oh, thats good, i was worried it was going to always be like this, if it opens up and gets better that would make me very happy

im going to the drags in 2 weeks though, im gonna try and put as many miles on it as i can
 
make sure you have the miles on the car don't be stupid like me and only have 350ish miles you will break somthing.
