What is the best way to handle insurance company when I call them tommarow morning? there was no other cars involved my tires lost traction going around a bend in the road. KNew i shoulda got new ones... oh well im gonna go sleep for 12 hours cause im sore and sad about my poor baby.

so you were trying to drive around a bend and lost control?

that sucks. tell them a cat ran out and you tried to swerve to miss it or something. how bad is it, you should get pics.

and i know how it feels, i finally get my car back tuesday after getting rear ended by some chick. i even got it on camera too.

The video was still priceless...####! ####!

hey man, shit happens. if you have seen some of my posts, ive crashed my dsm twice already in less than a month, both of which had nothing to do with my driving ability. ive come to realize that things like this happen to people all the time and its not something to complain about. (after having my hood on my civic fly up and shatter my brand new 1day old windshield that was replaced because my head cracked it previously, at 50mph , to having my civic lose its parking brake and dropping into neutral (while parkeD) and hitting a 2004 gmc truck causing a 2000$ debt in my wallet, to crashing my dsm in the rain into belgium blocks because the car stalled ruining nice 17" oz corsas, to almost dying because of the previous accident because the mechanic did not properly tighten the most important rod holding my new control arm in place, ruining 2 of my brand new falken ziex tires (less than 100miles on them), to getting screwed over for that incident because the mechanic is trying to get away with it now, by replacing my Raxle with a beat stocker, and my age limiting me from taking to court, and my parents refusing to take him to court because they dont want to miss 2 lousy days of work..) so yeh, life sucks sometimes, but your lucky to still have your life as i am also. be grateful, and try not to think about it.

oh and BTW, i would like to see that vid! if you cant post it cause no one will host for you, email it to me and ill host it on my site for you!

Say you swerved to avoid something, and DELETE THIS THREAD. Ive heard many a story of insurance fraud being found out because of a post on an internet messageboard.

It doesn't matter. Even if you say you swerved to hit a baby that was sleeping in the middle of the road, a single vehicle accident is 99% always at fault.

I work for an insurance company. (No, I'm not reporting anyone for fraud.) :D
