ok well to start off i picked up a 90 tsi complete engine for 500. thinking of rebuiding before i do the swap. It dose have a new timing belt and water pump what do you guys think???

I would while it is out instead of later on having to take it back out. I would at least get Arp Head Studs and a Cometic Head gasket. Then while you have the head off you can see the condition of the cylinder walls and pistons along with the valves.
